Your card is not Visible in device manager? Check for unrecognised devices, this would be an indication that the driver isn’t installed for the card, or it has been corrupted. And for some reason the internet connection wont work either by a cable connection nor a wireless connection. You can also try booting into another OS. That is what I meant–the card is the same, but the rest of the computer is similar.
