I’ll be upgrading my Q P5B along similar lines. At stock voltage, with the PLL overvolt turned on, I see temps of about 79C under load on cores 1 and 4, and about C on cores 2 and 3.

There is a decent chance that your particular Sandy Bridge processor is not capable of operating at such an overclock and will lock-up or BSOD when stressed under Prime95 at this point.
